Hello, my lovely lovely people! 

I'm very sorry for how long it's taken me to write a blog post since my cupcake one, I'd like to say I fell into a cupcake food coma and have only just awoken but sadly I've just been a very busy bee and haven't had the time (insert sad face) 

BUT here I am! and I'm planning on blogging a LOT more regularly because I absolutely love it and im hoping to improve my writing and photography skills along the way,

Lotus Biscuit and Fudge Cupcakes

So I am ADDICTED to the Lotus Biscoff biscuits, and I went into poundland of all places and they had a HUGE packet of them, and other than eating them all day every day I wanted to do something fun with them so I decided to attempt to make some cupcakes and adapt a plain cupcake recipe into Lotus biscuit and fudge cupcakes and mmmmm they worked!
