"It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to has power over you, if you allow it"
Number 1. L'Oreal Luminize Code BB cream. I've wanted to try a BB cream for ages as I know they've been very popular within beauty bloggers recently. I'm very much a foundation person as I like to have a really high coverage on my face so I was skeptical about BB cream as I presumed it would be a very light coverage, however this one surprised me, it's very moisturising and has a lot higher coverage than I thought it would. This is the only BB cream I've ever tried though so I can't compare it to any others. If you have any suggestions of any good ones, let me know!
Number 2. The second product is one of my ultimate favourites, this has been raved about on the beauty bloggers, YouTube and Instagram world for so long and I have only recently jumped on the bandwagon as it was on offer for £2.50 in Superdrug and thought 'why not?!' and that is the Garnier Micellar cleansing water. To start with I absolutely love the packaging, it's pink and girly (what's not to love?) This is honestly the nicest product I've ever used on my face. I have very sensitive skin, it gets very dry very quickly but if I put too much moisturiser on or oily products it goes greasy and if i wear anything too strong and perfumed it stings and feels horrible. This cleansing water however is perfect for taking off all make up and gets eye make-up off with such ease. It doesn't sting my face or eyes at all and leaves my skin feeling completely clear and fresh.
Number 3. The third product is the Maybelline colour tattoo 24 hour eye shadows. Again, I saw these first in beauty videos on YouTube and when I went into Superdrug they were on offer for 3 for 2 across all Maybelline products, so I got two and a lipstick. I loved them so much that I went back and picked up another two colours. I am absolutely in love with these, they are so pigmented and work as an excellent base. 'Eternal White' is a great base for smokey eyes and because they're cream any eye shadow you put on top stays on for so long! 'On and On Bronze' is my favourite of the four I have, it's such a gorgeous dark gold bronze colour and really enhances your eye colour, I like to pair this with my naked palette to create a nude and brown smokey eye. The other two I have are 'Eternal Pink' and '24K gold' They're only £4.99 which I think is really good as they last forever and you only have to use a little bit at a time.
Number 4. My next new product is my Rimmel Scandaleyes 24 hour jumbo liner. I have always been a massive fan of felt tip liners ever since I started wearing liner. I think they're so much easier to apply than liquid liners and they don't go all over the place. I do really like it, I'm a sucker for the collection 2000 felt tip liner and have probably re-bought it over 10 times. But I like how precise you can make that one, because this one is bigger with a much chunkier tip it's good for the wing but it's harder to get a precise line especially if you like it quite thin and close to the lashes like I do.
Number 5. My new Rimmel extreme black wonder'full mascara with argan oil. I love love love this, I am so fussy when it comes to mascaras, I rarely re buy them, I normally use one then try a new one but I think this will be one that i re buy, the brush is so nice and separates the lashes really well as well as making them look much longer. The Argan oil in it makes it really soft and sleek to apply so it doesn't feel like it's ripping your lashes out. I also really like the Volume flash mascara, it has a curved brush and its so nice to apply, this is one I've re bought recently too as i really like it.
Number 6. This next product is the MUA palettes. I love these. If you like the naked palettes you so need to go and buy a couple of these, MUA is the cheaper brand sold in superdrug, I started off buying their lipsticks as they're online £1 (craaaazy I know) which I really like, they're not all amazingly pigmented but they're fairly moistoirising and so worth the money! However I heard a bit about the 'undressed' palette and 'Heaven and Earth' and I thought i'd give them a go. I adore my naked 2 palette but for £4 these MUA palettes are just as good. They're so pigmented and they have such a good range of colours, I wear mine literally every day, more than I wear my naked palette and so many people have said they like my eye shadow! - Highly recommended.
Number 7. The last product I've recently purchased is a couple of the Maybelline coloursensaional lipsticks, I've always been very stingy on how much I spend on lipstick and have never bought a Mac one in my life (cries) I normally buy random ones for around the £3 mark hoping that they'll look ok but I've realised how much better more expensive make up is (bank account cries) These are around £6.99 I think but they're definitely worth it, I have two shades (I've lost one in a handbag somewhere so I cant remember the name) but one is 630 Velvet Beige and the other is a more reddy pink colour. These lipsticks are gorgeous, they're so pigmented and moistorising. I'm one of those people who is rubbish at putting lipstick on, I've always been convinced the shape of my lips are weird but I think I'm just lacking in skill in the lip stick department! These are very easy to apply as they don't drag they sink in and make your lips so soft.

Thanks for reading,
Lots of love Evie x x
